Tiffany Haddish Graces the Cover of TIME 100 Most Influential People Issue

The rise of Tiffany Haddish can’t be stopped, and we are 100% here for it!  In addition to all of her recent accolades, she has landed the cover of Time’s 100 Most Influential People issue.  The issue includes an inclusive, well-rounded list of some of the most influential trail blazers, pioneers, and trendsetters in the world.

Haddish has received numerous awards and has been praised for her brilliant comedic work in the 2017 summer hit comedy Girls Trip.  Shortly after the release of Girls Trip, she released her Showtime standup special She Ready, and went on to memorable moments such as being the first black female comedians to host an episode of Saturday Night Live, announcing the 2017 Oscar nominees, and presenting at the Academy Awards alongside fellow comedian Maya Rudolph.

Her Night School co-star, Kevin Hart, wrote an entry for Haddish, where he reminisces about first meeting the charismatic actress and references her humble beginnings.

“Tiffany is bringing a whole new level of fresh to the comedy scene. She’s just so authentic and unfiltered. You never know what’s going to come out of her mouth. And you can tell she’s having fun—she’s seen a time when things couldn’t get any worse, and she’s giving it all she has.  He continues, “She’s just so authentic and unfiltered.  You never know what’s going to come out of her mouth. And you can tell she’s having fun—she’s seen a time when things couldn’t get any worse, and she’s giving it all she has.”

In addition to Haddish, the wide-ranging list of influential includes several of our favorites such as Issa Rae, Lena Waithe, Oprah Winfrey, and more!  For the entire list click HERE.

Haddish can be seen next in Night School – The film is set to open on September 28, 2018.
