Tiffany Haddish is slated to star in The Oath, a Thanksgiving-set satirical thriller, set to release in the fall. She is starring alongside Ike Barinholtz, who wrote and directed the movie. Haddish will serve as an executive producer on the film.

The premise concerns a couple (Barinholtz and Haddish) whose Thanksgiving ends unexpectedly with two federal agents held captive in their house. The cast also includes John Cho, Carrie Brownstein, Billy Magnussen, Meredith Hagner, Jon Barinholtz, Nora Dunn and Chris Ellis.
