ABC has launched a six-part digital series spinoff, Scandal: Gladiator Wanted, produced by Shondaland and ABC Studios. The launch comes a week before the Season 6 premiere of the ABC network hit, Scandal, and will broadcast on and the ABC app.

Scandal regular, Darby Stanchfield — who portrays Abby Whelan, on the TV series — is set to make her directorial debut with the digital series, which stars Scandal cast members Guillermo Diaz (Huck), Katie Lowes (Quinn), Cornelius Smith, Jr. (Marcus) and George Newbern (Charlie).

The digital series, written by Juan Carlos Fernandez will follow Huck, Quinn, and Marcus as they are tasked to find an intern for Olivia Pope & Associates, which will be no easy feat. The Gladiators are known for having to be ready for any task, even if it means not playing by the rules. Whoever ends up being the intern would have to have the thickest skin!

Scandal, starring Kerry Washington (Olivia) returns Thursday, January 26 at 9pm on ABC.
