Rosewood co-executive producer Nkechi Carroll and Felicity co-creator Matt Reeves landed an NBC put pilot commitment for drama series Family Honor.  The project hails from 20th Century Fox TV where both Carroll and Reeves are under overall deals as well as Reeves’ 6th & Idaho production company.

Written by Carroll; Family Honor is an ensemble police procedural explored through the eyes of four diverse foster sisters who fall on both sides of the law. The project is personal to Carroll who adopted her youngest son through the foster system and continues to be actively involved with foster care in Los Angeles.

Carroll will executive produce Family Honor alongside Reeves and 6th & Idaho’s Adam Kassan.

Previously, Carroll worked as an actress-writer on Fox’s procedural Bones and its spinoff The Finder starring Geoff Stults and Michael Clarke Duncan.
