Dear White People star Logan Browning is to star alongside Allison Williams (Girls) in the upcoming horror thriller The Perfection.  The film revolves around two cello prodigies and a sinister obsession that drives the dark pursuit of perfection.

The screenplay was written by Shepard, Eric Charmelo and Nicole Snyder, and will be directed by Richard Shepard.  Production is slated to begin in early 2018 in Shanghai and Vancouver.

Browning has starred in series such as Meet the Browns, The Secret Circle, and is returning to VH!’s Hit the Floor for the fourth season, which will now air on BET. She also starred in the YouTube series Shit Southern Women Say, and currently stars in the Netflix hit series Dear White People where she just wrapped production on the second season.
