Keke Palmer (Scream Queens)  is set to lead the third season of the rebooted anthology series, Scream, on MTV!

Season 3 revolves around Deion Elliot (RJ Cyler), a local star running back whose tragic past comes back to haunt him at the worst time, threatening his hard-earned plans for his future — and the lives of his unlikely group of friends. Palmer will play Kym, a bold and beautiful social activist with a big heart and zero patience for suffering fools.

Palmer’s breakout role was starring as the titular character in the 2006 film Akeelah And The Bee. Over the years, she has starred in many roles, and recently voiced a role in Ice Age: Continental Drift.  her film credits include Joyful Noise, Brotherly Love, Imperial Dreams and Pimp. Her recent TV credits include Scream Queens, Grease Live, and she recently landed a series-regular role on Epix’s drama series Berlin Station for its second season, and was also just recently cast in the Fox drama Star.

We are excited to learn about Palmer in all of these upcoming projects and can’t wait to see her on screen!
