Elise Neal (The Hughleys) has joined the cast of Fox’s Wolverine 3 which will be the tenth film in the X-Men franchise. Neal will be starring alongside Hugh Jackman, which will mark the eighth time that he has played Logan over the past 17 years.

With so much secrecy surrounding this film, very little information has been released about the story; however, many speculate that this installation of the franchise was inspired by the Old Man Logan comic book that revolves around an older Wolverine who has renounced his violent habits. It will be interesting to see what role Neal will play in the film once more information about the story is revealed, and it will be good to see her doing her thing on the big screen again.

Neal has appeared in classic films such as John Singleton’s Rosewood, How to Be a Player, Scream 2, and Hustle & Flow. In 1998 she starred in the hit series The Hughleys for two seasons, and has made several television guest appearances on shows such as Private Practice, Scandal, and The Soul Man.

The cast also includes Eriq La Salle, Boyd Holbrook, Richard E. Grant, and Stephen Merchant. Patrick Stewart will be returning as Charles Xavier.

Wolverine 3 will be directed by Gavin Hood, and will be in theaters on March 3rd
