Chastity Dotson, who currently plays Keisha Russel on Amazon’s Bosh, has officially added two recurring roles to her resume; Fox’s baseball drama Pitch and Amazon’s political thriller Patriot.

Patriot focuses on the complex life of U.S. intelligence officer John Tavner whose latest assignment is to prevent Iran from going nuclear. Dotson’s character Carol is a smart, charismatic and attractive Veterinarian who has a son with John’s brother.

Pitch, written by Dan Fogelman and Rick Singer and directed by Paris Barclay, revolves around Ginny (Kylie Bunbury), a young pitcher who defies the odds when she becomes the first woman to play in the major leagues. Dotson will play Janet Baker, first seen at 29, Ginny’s (Bunbury) loving and protective mother.

Recently, Dotson had recurring roles on BET’s Single Ladies, Bounce TV’s In The Cut, TNT’s Murder In The First and guest-starred on series hits like Major Crimes, The Mentalist and Bones.

Pitch will premiere September 22 at 8/7c on Fox.  Check out the trailer below!
